Raft and Rainforest
Day 1
The Tully River is Australia’s most famous one-day white water rafting adventure - a highlight of any visit to Tropical North Queensland. Let RnR look after you for an action packed experience fi lled with fun, thrills and spills on a day you’ll never forget riding the rush of exciting grade 4 rapids.
Inclusions:
- Up to 5 hours of rafting.
- More than 45 rapids.
- Raft Grade 4 rapids through World Heritage Rainforest.
- Return air-conditioned coach transfers from Cairns & Mission Beach/Tully.
- Safety equipment including life jacket, helmet and spray jacket.
- Additional safety “hold-on” lines equipped inside all rafts.
- Freshly brewed morning tea & coffee.
- Riverside BBQ lunch.
- Light refreshment at Rafters Bar after trip while viewing the day’s DVD/Photos which are available for purchase.
Day 2
Experience one of the most scenic coastal drives in Australia, with a drive through Port Douglas then on to enjoy a guided walk at Rainforest Habitat Wildlife Sanctuary in Port Douglas. Visit Mossman Gorge for an interpretive rainforest walk with the opportunity to swim. Stop for lunch before searching for crocodiles on the Daintree River Cruise. Relax at Cape Tribulation Beach before returning back to Cairns.
